We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (AEST). Orders received before 12 pm will be dispatched on the same business day. Please note that during peak periods, same-day dispatch may not be available due to high order volume. But hold tight; we promise we’re worth the wait.Courier Service
Jin Oriental Boutique partners with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and overseas.
Shipping Costs
Your order may qualify for free shipping if it meets the minimum order value requirements. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location. All shipping costs are outlined in the table above and will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Shipping Timeframes
We’re eager to reach you too. Expected shipping times are estimations provided by the courier and may vary depending on the location. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services.
Duties & Taxes
Our prices do not include duties and taxes for the destination country. Any additional charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address. Jin Oriental Boutique is not liable for stolen or missing parcels once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
Once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the nominated address, Jin Oriental Boutique is not liable for any damage sustained to the parcel. We are now in your care.
Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to Jin Oriental Boutique, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note that re-dispatch fees may apply.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns Policy
We recommend shipping your return items via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to info.orientalboutique@gmail.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).
- Only items purchased directly from Jin Oriental Boutique are eligible for return.
- Items marked as Promotion code and Final sale are not eligible for return.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
Refunds Policy
- Refunds are only available for full-price items and will be credited back to the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs and any additional fees (customs, duties, sales taxes) are non-refundable.
- Any currency conversion loss will not be covered in the refund process.
