We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (AEST). Orders received before 12 pm will be dispatched on the same business day. Please note that during peak periods, same-day dispatch may not be available due to high order volume. But hold tight; we promise we’re worth the wait.

Shipping Timeframes

We’re eager to reach you too. Expected shipping times are estimations provided by the courier and may vary depending on the location. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services.

Duties & Taxes

Our prices do not include duties and taxes for the destination country. Any additional charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Stolen Parcels

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address. Jin Oriental Boutique is not liable for stolen or missing parcels once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.

Damaged Parcels

Once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the nominated address, Jin Oriental Boutique is not liable for any damage sustained to the parcel. We are now in your care.

Return to Sender Parcels

If your parcel is being returned to Jin Oriental Boutique, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note that re-dispatch fees may apply.
