We recommend shipping your return items via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to info.orientalboutique@gmail.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).
• Only items purchased directly from Jin Oriental Boutique are eligible for return.
• Items marked as Promotion code and Final sale are not eligible for return.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
