1. Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions, hair sprays, or other chemicals.
2. Clean the jewelry after use and occasionally wipe with a soft cloth.
3. Store jewelry in a sealed bag or box in a dry, dark, and cool place.
4. Keep away from water. Do not immerse jewelry in water, especially chlorine or saltwater.

Returns Policy

We recommend shipping your return items via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to info.orientalboutique@gmail.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).
• Only items purchased directly from Jin Oriental Boutique are eligible for return.
• Items marked as Promotion code and Final sale are not eligible for return.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable.

Refunds Policy

• Refunds are only available for full-price items and will be credited back to the original form of payment.
• Shipping costs and any additional fees (customs, duties, sales taxes) are non-refundable.
• Any currency conversion loss will not be covered in the refund process.
